With Thermachoice and Essure, women have a choice of in-office procedures with minimal pain, and can return to work and regular activities the next day. These procedures are a great alternative to a hysterectomy to correct bleeding, and a wonderful alternative to time in the hospital and recovery time. The procedures CWH offer require no anesthesia, and having it done in the office is less expensive than hospital-based surgeries.

The Center for Women’s Health is a collaborative practice in which physicians and providers consult with each other to insure that patients receive the best care, information and options available in an all-female practice. Much more than routine care, the center offers care from adolescent health to postmenopause health. The office provides routine and high-risk prenatal care with a 24 hour-hour on-call female obstetrician, gynecological surgery and family planning services. Patients appreciate the many in-office procedures offered that range from Essure permanent birth control and endometrial ablation (a treatment for heavy periods) to aesthetic laser services.
