For your convenience, we schedule appointments during regular business hours Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment, please call 316.634.0060.
When scheduling an appointment, please tell the receptionist the general type of problem you are experiencing or if you are due for your yearly exam. This is so you may be scheduled for the appropriate type of appointment. She will also ask your telephone number so we may contact you regarding any changes in the office schedule. You may be asked to complete or update a medical history questionnaire so it is important to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please remember to bring your insurance card to every appointment.
If you are more then 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please call if you anticipate a late arrival.
- Co-Payments and Referrals
You must have your Co-Pay and Referral (if required by your insurance) at the time of your appointment to avoid being rescheduled.
- 24 hour cancellation

All insurance companies and plans are different and very specific when it comes to services and medications that are covered. This includes knowing the referral policy for your plan and laboratory restrictions covered by your plan. It is important to have an understanding of what your specific company covers. The most common things that you should contact your insurance company about to see if they are covered include the following:
Contraceptive Benefits – Birth control pills, injectable contraception (Depo-provera), sterilization (tubal ligation), IUD (intra-uterine device)
Routine gynecologic visits
Screening mammograms and bone density testing
Obstetrical care
Infertility – including office visits, diagnostic testing.
Global fees for obstetric care include routine prenatal care, vaginal / cesarean delivery and post partum visits. Additional fees are charged for diagnostic services such as lab test and ultrasound examinations, as well as newborn circumcisions.
Please remember to bring your insurance card to every visit, and if your insurance carrier requires a referral from your primary care physician obtain that prior to your appointment.
